Shizer! The Germans Have Bone To Pick With Fiddy!

50 Cent and his representation have pissed off a German promotional company and so, now ,their getting sued!

The German company, Major Movez claims that the William Morris Endeavor agency charged them $125,000 to negotiate a concert as a good faith gesture. If the concert were not to happen, the money would be returned to them free and clear.

There was no concert, nor was their money returned to them. So now they will go to court to hash it all out.

Let's hope it just doesn't turn into World War Fiddy!

Debbie Rowe Wanted Cashola And Gets It!

As we mentioned earlier, Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe have reached a custody agreement over the fate of Michael Jackson's children. Katherine will have custody and Debbie will be allowed visitation.

But while we thought that it was drama free and all done in the children's best interest, it turns out there may have been a little more devil in the details.

Rowe has forgone custody of the children in exchange for spousal support payments which total $4 million overall.  According to Rowe (who was left out of Jackson's will), the King of Pop had an arrangement with her in which he paid her $1 million dollars a year.  Unfortunately for Rowe, this was a verbal agreement and so she had no physical proof of the agreement. 

As a result, Jackson's brothers were incredibly reluctant to adhere to her demands that she continue to be paid and, apparently, Jackson's lawyers even said they had grounds to fight the claim. Ultimately, however, Jackson's mother, Katherine, made the executive decision to give Rowe her money just to put the whole mess to rest and avoid putting the kids through even more of a media circus.

One source said, "they just want to get rid of her.  They recognized early in this process that she had no interest in playing a real role in their lives and that it was all about money."

Katherine will remain the children's guardian, and Rowe, in turn, will receive a few hundred thousand dollars a year over a set period of time and be allowed supervised visits.

Apparently, as part of the agreement, the Jackson clan has to say that it wasn't a matter of money for Rowe, even though it was.

It sounds like even though the Jacksons will have to continue paying Rowe, the children ended up with the person who will really look out for them.

All's well that ends well…but Debbie Rowe still sucks.

Delightful! Kanye West Rumored to Be Designing a Line for Gap

Us Weekly broke the news a few weeks ago that Kanye West was interning at the Gap, where he toiled away until midnight, soaking up knowledge and real-world fashion-industry experience like the good little nonsensical, bright-purple-sweater-wearing sponge he is. Then a wily public-relations person tore through the media, denying the reports, which was sad, because we had begun to imagine Kanye as a design tour de force for not just Louis Vuitton customers and sneaker freaks, but the Everyman and the Everyman's chinos. Finally, through Gap, we felt like we could relate to Kanye. But now, the story is back in the Chicago Tribune, which reports that Kanye is interning at Gap's headquarters in Manhattan, working side-by-side with his buddy creative director Patrick Robinson. Friends don't let friends intern for administrative assistants.

The Tribune also reports:

It has been speculated West is looking to launch a line of clothing for the Gap, but so far, those reports have not been confirmed.

Well someone at Gap had better start confirming things, because this is exactly what that brand needs to start making money again. A ridiculous, gimmicky line designed and fronted by a celebrity along with, ideally, his stunning lady love, Amber Rose. If her smile and personal style don't say "shop at Gap" we don't know what does.
